Spark in the Dark

Hey guys,

Think of the colour black the only thing that comes to our mind is dark image. But when we see its positive side the word black has all the colours mixed in it and could be said as the father of all colours.

For Some people black is not a happy colour but logically it has all the colours in it.

Darkness is when there's no light and on the other hand the light could only be seen when there is darkness. Likewise, a person's capabilities are just like the colours which are embedded underneath his skin.

Even excess light could blind us. Don't be afraid of the dark experiences in life.



Only know you have been high When you're feeling low!

Falling and Rising are complementary. The person who fails often is more likely to be happy after they succeed in life because they have the experience of failing. I am not saying fail first then only you could succeed.

As an inventor, Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb. When a reporter asked, "How did it feel to fail 1,000 times?"

Edison replied, "I've not failed 1000 times but I, now, know 1000 ways how not to make a bulb."

Life has levels

Hey guys,


This is the post about life, there are levels in life. We are either above the average line or below it.The average line is not related to money or something but with the happiness and sadness.

Life is happening and interesting when you have a friend or friends. Because you can share your sorrows and happiness with them. If you have to check your success, you check your bank balance. No! You look at your friends you have made in the process of becoming a successful person.

If you don't have friends that does not mean you are a loser it means you are still in the running to become successful woman/man. Friends make your life worth living. Life has hurdles one has to cross all by jumping over them and crossing them safely. We as a Human could only feel the level of happiness only when we go through rough time. You will never know how happy you are untill you realize how sad you were.

When you are sad, you should know this is not permanent and will fade away soon the right time is going to come. You just have to wait till the right time is going to come. Keep walking on the track your destination is near. Life is like a circle you are getting, what you gave earlier. Like the quote says;

"What Goes Around Comes Around."

We should invest our time in good deads rather than wasting on crying for uncontrollable things. Pray for what you want, may be god is going to Grant it some day.

Health is Wealth

it is quite common to fall sick there are various reasons. One of them is being lazy and avoiding physical activities. The chance has also increased because the we're addicted to technology social media, games on phone etc.



The health of a person depends on various factors such as  sunlight, fresh air, food, physical activities.



•A person must involve himself/herself into various physical activities and should do exercise on daily basis to stay fit and healthy. Proper blood circulation is a fundamental feature of good wellness.



   •As we have heard many times that "what we eat is what we are"

we should eat healthy so that our body could fight the diseases. The loss of health is a loss of all happiness.



•The fresh air in the morning helps our body to do the functioning properly. It also helps our brain to think without taking stress.



Advantages of doing exercises, walking/running in fresh air/ eating healthy:



1. Keeps the person fit and sane.
2. Smooth blood circulation.
3. Keeps a person fresh.
4. The person stays Energetic whole day.
5. less prone to diseases.
6. Less stressed.
7. Positive outlook.

Calm down a little!

Hey guys,



You must have heard this word 'calm down', it is used in many types of sentences;



When somebody is angry: Calm down! Ritu.



When somebody is excited: Calm down! Prerna.



When somebody is overwhelmed: Calm down! Dimple, nothing bad is going to happen.



There are so many things which keep us sane and sometimes, make us insane. I guess people close to our hearts do it all the time. Sometimes, people are like dark clouds; it's fine when they are gone. And sometimes people are like a blessing even if they are not around but it feels good to have them in life. Well, there are phases in life in which we want a friend to be around or beside us just to make us feel that we are not alone.(P.S- a friend works for me!) A jealous friend is even better.😂







I don't know it is common or not but the people who are closest to our hearts leave us. Either life gives them the reason to leave or they just are one. I don't think its a curse to have someone special in life, or we are too prone to sadness.



Sometimes I think life is:



"Don't get excited otherwise I'll ruin it."



Even before getting excited it is like calm down, let it happen first. Then when it happens, the happiness is for just a span. We either celebrate it for days or weeks but when it comes to sadness it's like forever! Why can't we be sad just for days or for weeks? I guess it is human nature, we celebrate sadness more than the happiness. Even I don't know I am happy or sad but trying to keep a point with a straight face.
